Food Storage

My cousin started a web site. It is amazing!!! It is all about food storage. Anyway, this year... if you sign up for it... they are going to send a checklist out to everyone on things to do for two weeks. After the first two weeks they will send another checklist. After a year we will be perfect on food storage!

I am pretty excited about this. I am a list person and this would be perfect for me... so I don't get distracted. :)

Anyway, go to http://foodstoragemadeeasy.net/babystep-checklists/ to sign up.

Tag your it!

Wow, I got tagged! I probably have been before... but I am soooooooooo bad about blogging. I will get better. :) Anyway, here it goes.

1. Where did you meet your husband?
I was working at John Robert Powers Acting and Modeling. He came in for an audition with his little brother. We hit it off from there.

2. How long did you date before you got married?
This is sad. We both wanted to date the person we married a year before getting married... but one thing led to another and we got married within 7 months of meeting each other. Quick yes... but we knew it was right. :)

3. How long have you been married?
A very very long time. :) a little over 6 years. Crazy HUH?!?!?

4. What does he do that surprises you?
Good Question. He likes things planned, so that is a hard question.

5. What is your favorite feature of his?
His eyes. I love blue eyes and he has the best I have ever seen. :)

6. What is his best quality?
He has a lot... but I would have to say that he is great at figuring out anything that he puts his mind to. He is a great problem solver. He is also a very hard worker.

7. Does he have a nickname for you?
Babe

8. What is his favorite food?
Steak, asparagus, and salad is probably number one. Honestly he loves any good home cooked food.

9. What is his favorite sport?
Well... now it is powerlifting. Growing up it was Football, but he had to move on. (We needed to eat more than he needed to play football)

10. When and where did you first kiss?
On our first date. It was a 12 hour date. He took me rock climbing. He actually broke his fingers on the date. I was impressed that he didn't swear. I would have. Anyway, when he was about to drop me off at the end of the date, he asked me some serious questions about something that was bothering him. Before I got out of the car we talked for a long time about the issue. After we talked we both kind of went in for a kiss. It was AMAZING!!! I kissed a lot of guys growing up, and I am not proud of it. When I kissed him I wished more than anything that I had never kissed anyone before. It was perfect in every way.

11. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple?
Being together. We like hanging out with other people but mostly we just like hanging out at home together.

12. Do you have any children?
Yep, One

13. Does he have any hidden talents?
Most people wouldn't consider this a hidden talent but it is. Ed has done a lot of amazing things in his life, but the thing that most people don't know is that he had to work for most everything that he has or has done. He has the amazing ability of being able to work for what he wants. He wanted to play football at BYU, and despite all the factors against him he did it. (Factors: Bad coordination when he was little, small size, no one in family ever went to college, $ to get there, ruptured spleen when little, timing) Some people are blessed with many talents, they are able to do so many things. He is not that way in most things. He has to work for what he wants. (Except in Powerlifting... that comes easy to him) So, to sum it up... I would say he has a lot of heart.

14. How old is he?
27

15. Who said 'I love you' first?
He did accidentally. He was giving me a hug goodbye and when we hugged he let out a sigh. In the sigh he said, "I love you". He gave me an awkward look and said, "did I just say that?" It was cute.

16. What is his favorite music?
Any and every

17. What do you admire most about him?
Do I have to pick one?!?!? If I had to I couldn't. I admire so many things with him... his obedience to the Father, His Knowledge both spiritually and temporally, His kindness to others, His work ethic. He amazes me.

18. What is his favorite color?
Orange, but it has to be the right orange. It is a bright happy orange.

19. Will he read this?
Most likely no, maybe in a few months if he does.

20. Who do you tag?
Cambria, Erika, Julie, Andrea, Kambria, Nancy, & Jake
